MILITARY CAMPAIGN - We help active duty members, veterans, reservists/guardsmen and spouses turn their military experience into the fitness industry with us here at F45 as certified pre-discharge trainers. Military service will end no matter what. What you do after your service and how you apply those skills outside of the military will truly define you!

The F45 SkillBridge Fitness Internship Program is a 180-day internship program approved by the United States Department of Defense for all branches of the military. This program is designed to prepare participants for a seamless transition from the military to the fitness industry, as the work ethic and skills developed in the military transfer easily to the industry.

Upon completion of the F45 SkillBridge program, participants will be certified F45 Trainers and hold national/international certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer. Participants will also have the opportunity to earn additional fitness certifications. This program provides participants with the fitness education and on-the-job training they need to work as an F45-trained fitness trainer or elsewhere in the fitness industry, preparing them for a competitive career in the civilian workforce as they transition from the military to civilian life.

New Training Program Aims To Support Active Duty Military And Veterans

This program is open to active duty, reserve/guard, veterans and military spouses. Active duty members can participate in this program during the last 180 days (6 months) before their last day of military service.

F45 Jumps Into The Hotel Market

The aim of F45 studies is to provide service members with opportunities for internships and apprenticeships. If accepted into the program, you will receive on-the-job training to experience the F45 studio environment first-hand and build on your existing skills. You will also have the opportunity to earn college credits and fitness certificates through both programs. Our internship program is a Department of Defense approved SkillBridge Fitness Internship program that helps active duty members get the on-the-job training (OJT) and education they need to work in the fitness industry before they are released from the military. Service members can participate in our program for up to 6 months to get the most out of their military transition. Our apprenticeship program is designed for trainers working for the F45 studio who want to become master fitness trainers. This will allow service members to continue working in F45 studies, use their VA grants to pay for their education, and also receive a military housing (salary) allowance.
